DETAILED REGULATIONS OF
7th EUROPEAN FIREFIGHTER COMBAT CHALLENGE ŁÓDŹ 2017
1.It is determined that 120 competitors will be qualified to the finals of 7th European Firefighter Combat Challenge Łódź 2017.
2.The qualifications to the finals will be held on 22nd September 2017.
3.The competitors with five best time results in following categories are qualified at first:
4.If there are less than 5 competitors in a category, this category will be included into the next younger one.
5.Then the representatives of each country are qualified to the finals. The rule is: each national representation should consists of minimum 3 competitors with the best qualification results.
6.8 women with the best qualification results are qualified to the finals next.
7.At the end the finals list of 120 competitors is completed by the competitors with the next best qualification results.
8.The competitors qualified to the finals, coming from non-European countries, will get all the entitled prizes won in finals besides the titles:
a)European Champion in category Individuals OPEN,
b)I European Vice-champion in category Individuals OPEN,
c)II European Vice-champion in category Individuals OPEN.
Only the competitors representing European countries are entitled to these titles.
9.On the same rules (p. 8) the female competitors will won the titles of:
a)European Champion in category Individuals Female,
b)I European Vice-champion in category Individuals Female,
c)II European Vice-champion in category Individuals Female.
1.Only the competitors registered in category Tandem and participated in qualifications INDIVIDUALS on 22nd September 2017 are able to start in Tandem category.
2. The Tandem categories are:
d)K (female, no age categories),
e)Mix (male and female, no age categories).
10. The tandems qualified to the finals, coming from non-European countries or mixed (European and non-European competitors), will get all the entitled prizes won in finals besides the titles:
d)European Champion in category Tandem OPEN,
e)I European Vice-champion in category Tandem OPEN,
f)II European Vice-champion in category Tandem OPEN.
Only the tandem representing European countries are entitled to these titles.
1.The relay finals are reserved only for European relays consists of 100% European competitors.
2.The relays with 16 best qualifications results are qualified to the finals.
3.Each member of the relay team has to participate in qualifications INDIVIDUALS on 22nd September 2017.
4.Changes in the relay to the finals due to injury or illness are not allowed. In the finals should start the same team, which started in qualifications. Only a reduction of up to 3 players is allowed.
5.The finals in Relay category follow the cup system rules.
6.The start order/sequence depends on the results from qualifications:
eg. 1-16; 2-15; 3-14; 4-13; 5-12; 6-11; 7-10; 8-9.
7.The relay team with the worse result runs on the blue line. The lines for the final starts (for the third and the first place) will be drawn.
1.Category ELITE is the competition of 30 best finalists of 7th European FCC INDIVIDUALS OPEN category.
2.26 best male finalists and 4 best female finalists are qualified the ELITE finals.
3.The start in ELITE final is a voluntary and additional start. If anyone qualified to the start will resign - the finalist with the next best result could be qualified.
4.The ELITE category is only awarded by financial prizes (no titles).
5.The final is based on the rules dedicated to the category INDIVIDUALS.
6.The start order/sequence depends on the results from the finals of 7th European FCC (1 means the first result, 2 - the second one etc.):
1 pair - K, 4-3
2 pair - K, 2-1
3 pair - M, 26-25
4 pair - M, 24-23
5 pair - M, 22-21
6 pair - M, 20-19
7 pair - M, 18-17
8 pair - M, 16-15
9 pair - M, 14-13
10 pair - M, 12-11
11 pair - M, 10-9
12 pair - M, 8-7
13 pair - M, 6-5
14 pair - M, 4-3
15 pair - M, 2-1
